My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. It was obvious they really enjoyed working there. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back within ten minutes. Really Sweet and fun people and went above and beyond. I have a 430 last minute appt and it took till 8 til finish my cut, color, highlgihts etc and salon closed at 530 but they stayed till it was done. They were just wonderful!
