During my beauty treatment, they decided to take a personal phone call and chat away while I waited around for them to finish. It was so rude and it made my beauty treatment take twice as long. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. The shampoo and conditioner they used was super cheap-looking and smelled horrible. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
