We took our son today for his first haircut and got the "first haircut package". Carolyn was our stylist and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She just went quick and didn't care about the experience for my son. All the other stylists were so friendly with their children and it just mad me sad, because we just didn't get that experience. The worst part was that while she was cutting his hair she cut his ear(and it was bleeding for a bit), and then just played it off like it wasn't a big deal. The only reason for the 2 stars is because my son enjoyed the slides after his haircut. I was crying when we left the parking lot. Our experience might have been better if we had someone different, but for $24 and how awful his hair looks, we won't be returning.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
