I'm not sure about the other review on here. I needed a new stylist after being unhappy with the one I had. I contacted the salon based on a recommendation from a friend and from someone I overheard in a dressing room. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made me feel right at home. They offer a wide range of services (cut, color, mani, pedi, facial, massage, etc.) so I can always go to the same place and feel comfortable knowing that the stylist, aesthetician, and other personnel will take care of me. I love The Looking Glass!

Prices are outrageous!! THey tell you one price before they start on your hair and then when your done the price all of a sudden doubles. THe hair stylist and owner goes in the back room everytime they come up with a price. Kinda sketchy if you ask me. Got my hair colored there and I absolutely hated it!! I told them that day but they told me to give it a few days. I called later that day and told them I didnt care for it. I would of liked a refund but that wasnt offered. I was told to come in and the owner and other stylist would take a look at my hair and see how they could fix it. I went back in and they gave me the same stylist and no one else looked at my hair. tHey also never acknowledged that my hair color was bad & my roots were a funky orange color. Never in my life would I go back. You also get to hear about everyone's business even the employees. Very unprofessional.
