After explaining how I liked combing my hair straight back, over my ears and 'tidy up' the back, Mel proceeded to chop (not cut, not trim) off everything! It will take at least three months before I can comb the sides and I haven't had the back butchered like this since Jr. High. When I got my glasses back to see what she had done to me, her comment was 'I'm sorry'..........gee, that helped. My wife had recommended this place to me and after seeing the hack job, she will not return. Save yourselves and go somewhere else.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
