They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
