The last time I had my acrylic nails removed and a new set put on I thought it was pure torture. It was one of those quick in and out nail salons. They used a plastic tip and wedged it under the acrylic in order to PRY it off!!! Not at this Salon/Day Spa. Shanon my nail tech removed my nails with an ultra sonic soaking bowl and simply wiped the old acrylic off. No pain at all! She applied a new set and she makes them look very natural. I'm one of those people who like a traditional natural look, and she did just that. She does do airbrushed nail art which I will definitely have done on my toe nails. I look forward to my pedicure next week. I also was impressed with her sanitation practice. All files and buffers were one use only, and her implements were taken directly out of a sanitation jar. No more cheep nail shops for me!
P.S. all the staff at the salon are so nice.

I went to this day spa as a gift certificate from my wife.
I enjoyed my gentleman's pedicure. I was offered a beverage and was led to the private pedicure room. They even have a decorated wall to make the men feel welcome. In a world where we men think pedicures are just for women it was a welcome change. I'm hooked now. No more cutting my nails in the shower. It's every 5 weeks for a professional pedicure at A Touch Of Heaven Day Spa
