0 stars. Overpriced, narrow selection of products. Cramped and badly arranged layout. Awful, rude staff who make you feel unwelcome as soon as you go in. I've been in there about three times asking the simplest of questions about hair products and been patronized every time - all of the women in there are aloof, treating you like a nuisance who they want to leave as soon as possible. You would expect they'd want to direct you to decent products so they could make profit? Apparently not - every time I have made the mistake of going in I have had to leave, empty-handed, within minutes. Today, I was forced to go elsewhere after a blonde lady (one of their stylists I believe) who had already been rude and mocking when I had asked her about hair lightener, then stopped ringing up her long line of customers to interrupt my conversation with the associate she had told me to speak to, to inform me angrily that they can't tell me which products I should use on my hair. A customer asking politely for advice on one product over another is a sales opportunity if anything - it should not be cause for irritation or used as an opportunity to humiliate them. Will drive as far as needed next time to get hair dye elsewhere. Avoiding this place at all costs and if you don't like being belittled by bitter and frustrated staff then I suggest you do the same.

I love the items they stock in the store, I have tried about 4 times in the last 2 years to get a haircut there and have never been able to. I called to make an appt and was told the stylists hours but that she wasn"t in that day. I tried to make an appt (within her sched) and was told I'd have to call back. I tried 2 walk ins (during her sched) and she wasn't there. They have a few people who have been there awhile and are great, sometimes have newer people who close the store early. Overall, I love the store & the regulars.
