I decided to try this salon, and it was a BIG MISTAKE! The hairsylist ruin my hair, I wanted highlights and I wanted her to just dye my roots put some highlights to match my existing highlights. I did not get what I wanted. To be honest I don't know what she did, but she turn my hair Orange then she try to correct it with dying my hair dark, so all my hightlights are GONE! and now my hair is over process. IOn top of that she pulls on hair and dries the hair rough with the towel. I really don't like this hair color at all! I spoke to the owner of the salon she said for me to come by so she can look at my hair. I'm going to go back just because I still got charge $85 for something I didn't want, I can't believe she still charge me after she mess up my hair. I hope this gets fix !
