The service provided at this location was less than satisfactory. Came in on a Saturday late morning, only 3 staff working. Came in for an eyebrow wax, told that there was an hour wait. Okay, I had to run and do some errands so I came back. When I returned, I was able to get in right away for my eyebrow waxing. However, the quality of service was unsatisfactory. The stylist was quite rough doing the waxing, waxed above the natural brow, and removed way more than I wanted. I requested they be cleaned up and shaped a bit, especially since I had a birthday the next day to celebrate. My brow were left very thin, with one actually having a very thin line through it that was not there before. The stylist just did what she wanted, then acted like it was too bad when I wasn't satisfied. I will not be going back to the Cost Cutters location on South Commercial St in Neenah near Copps again, not even if it's an emergency. I'm very upset about the result....granted, the hair will grow back, but it was obvious what I needed cleaned up and just follow the natural shape of the brow. I've never had such a rough waxing session in my life, and I've been waxing my brows for over 15 years now! good thing they had the 20% off sale going on....a tip was NOT earned and therefore not given. Poor service and incomplete consultation.
