During the last 25 years, Teresa has been pioneering in the personal growth and transformation arena. Having developed more than 100 Personal Transformation programs, she offers her REJUVENATING INTENSIVES and related consulting to corporate, spa, & individual clients. Applying a holistic philosophy, she has a broad spectrum of programs that are tailored to fit the particular needs of each person, group, or situation. Her background includes a B.A. in Liberal & Expressive Arts from Sonoma State University, a landmark in the humanistic psychology movement.
From there, she spent over 15 years in corporate, clinical, and spa environments, learning first hand the importance of wellness management, and developing content for executive coaching, retreats, & spa treatments. Simultaneously, she spent 19 years studying Re-Evaluation Counseling and leading related groups. Her coaching and consulting clients from around the world give rave reviews! She spends her time between the SF Bay Area, San Diego, & Baltimore/DC.
Option #1: Basic
OPTION 1: BASIC INTENSIVE
The BASIC INTENSIVE (Total Cost: $8900) is really bare bones coaching which limits my assistance to the allotted 6 hours per day, therefore:
a. You express a desire for a TWO-WEEK INTENSIVE, 6 hours per day. Let’s start with a basic outline and then make desired amendments. Once you select a package, pay registration fees, we may then mark our calendars. (If you ultimately prefer 5-10 days straight, then specify that arrangement.)
b. Next, I send you the INTAKE QUESTIONNAIRE to get more details to tailor this experience specifically for YOU. My intensives address your well-being, empowerment & fulfillment, “body, mind, heart, & soul”.
c. In this plan, YOU ARRANGE YOUR OWN TRAVEL, car rental, lodging, and meals while you work with me for any six hours between 11am to 7pm each weekday, for two sets of five days during the specified weeks.
d. We will use RE-EVALUATION COUNSELING [ http://rc.org ]as the foundation of our work together. As you maintain your new intention for this period of your life, emotional release happens fairly easily.
e. If desired, OTHER MODALITIES from my therapeutic toolkit, like meditation (sitting, guiding, directed, or walking); role playing; stretching/ yoga, breathing exercises; life story/life map; the Abraham-Hicks teachings, David Deida’s Superior Man exercises, Essence Work, subconscious mind re-programming, plus other possible modalities, toning, sound healing, crystal work, Inner Child Therapy, color therapy, shamanic therapy, aromatherapy, feng shui, music therapy, holistic lifestyles coaching, astrology, et al, may be included as desired.
Option #2: Advanced
The ADVANCED INTENSIVE
(Total Cost: $17,000)
includes all of the above, plus:
a. I WILL PAY FOR 10 ADDITIONAL SESSIONS with OTHER LOCAL EXPERTS whom I recommend in the area. Having traveled as a healer for 20 years, as well as being affiliated with ECLECTIC HEALTH in NorCal, MBS on the East Coast, & various groups & services in San Diego, I will arrange & PAY for YOU to receive up to 10 ADDITIONAL, THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS, like a wonderful hot stone, aromatherapy massage using YOUNG LIVING ESSENTIAL OILS in a quaint studio under the redwoods, or do a variety of other therapeutic, consulting, or rejuvenating sessions with other master practitioners who are available; whose work is appropriate & complimentary to the “mindful” coaching you will do with me.
b. I WILL MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR YOU with hotel & car rental based on your preferences & my knowledge of the area. You are still responsible for payment of your lodging & car rental during the entire intensive.
Option #3: Deluxe
The DELUXE INTENSIVE
(Total Cost: $29,600)
includes of the above, plus:
a. All of the above, plus deluxe AIRPORT SERVICE; as well as arranging, but not paying for, your RENTAL CAR to be delivered to you. You must pay for rental car, but not service to and from airport or other local destination.
b. Enjoy YOUR CHOICE of healthy foods CATERING DAILY from places like the celebrated CAFÉ GRATITUDE [ http://cafegratitude.com ] or another raw or healthy chef or restaurant in the area.
c. With this package you also receive a personal CONCIERGE for recommendations regarding current shows & events based on your stated preferences, ie golf, theatre, concerts, museums, horseback riding on the beach, wine tasting, etc. TICKETS to various shows are provided as well.
d. Additionally, you get a deluxe, personalized GIFT BASKET (a $1000 value) for souvenirs and special items to support your rejuvenating journey into Joy; CDs, & exotic Meditation Tools, Books, Oils, etc., based on your intake form.
