About
Will Courtenay, PhD,LCSW
"Do you wake at night, anxious, worried about the future? Feel tired taking care of others, but selfish doing anything for yourself? Are your relationships unsatisfying?
I help men to live happier, more fulfilling lives.
If you're like most men, you've learned to hide this pain. But hiding emotional pain only worsens it, and can cause other personal, family, work, or financial problems.
Do you want to feel better about your career, moods, relationships, or parenting -- less unhappy, irritable, or stressed? Maybe you just want to feel comfortable in your own skin. What if the solution was within your grasp? Well, it is.
Psychotherapy is a proven effective way to reduce anxiety and treat depression -- and feel better about yourself and your life. Every man experiences concerns at some point. Don't let them get the upper hand. You wouldn't walk on a broken ankle forever. Don't suffer from emotional concerns one day longer.
Research shows that finding the right therapist for you -- and one who understands men -- is critical. I've trained thousands of health professionals nationwide in how to best help men, and have helped individual men for over 15 years. I can help you.
Accepting help can be hard, but phoning now is a start."
