Lela is great. She is certified and very competent. She did not dismiss any of my concerns as unimportant, and has taken every concern of mine very seriously. The office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I never have to wait on this trainer, in fact, they are ALWAYS ready for me when I arrive. They are so prepared and always on time.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
