Training My first training started in the womb - my mom did yoga when she was pregnant for me! I come from a “yoga family” and both my parents continue to practice yoga. I did my formal studies at Sonoma State University (in the Northern California wine country) where I received a B.A. in Transpersonal Psychology in 1997. My studies there focused on holistic forms of mental health such as Yoga, Dream Analysis, and Art Therapy but I also dabbled quite a bit in biofeedback, psi phenomenon, and ecopsychology. After a two year internship assisting yoga classes (under Eleanor Criswell-Hanna), I realized I had to devote my life to living Yoga. Since then, I have been teaching all eight limbs of yoga *full-time* and continuing my education in the fields of yoga, ecology and the healing arts.

Certification I received my Basic & Advanced Yoga Teaching Certifications from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA between 1997 - 1999. I became a Reiki Master-Teacher and SHES minister in 1998 under Sicora and Diane Giarrusso-Barton.

In the midst of Fast-paced, "certify me now" Yoga Trainings, Bravo to Cloud Nine Yoga. This is the best (out of 6) Yoga Teacher Training I have ever done. The teachers are so connected to the students. The personal growth I experienced and guidance, were unprecidented. Take this Teacher Training! You will be soooo ready to teach when you are done. I've been learning and working with Erika for many years now and never have I had a mentor, teacher and friend so inspiring and life-giving! Not only is she an amazing yogi but a talented clairvoyant and phenomenal healer! Her Cloud Nine Yoga teacher training was so life changing for me that I'm now working for Erika in her teacher training program so that I can help in any way that I can to change the lifes of others. Erika has inspired me to make helping people my life's work!
