I provide individual, couples and family therapy to people of all ages who are seeking help with a wide variety of difficulties. My areas of specialization include trauma and/or abuse, mourning and loss and the effects of medical related concerns and/or chronic pain.
Additionally, I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents and their respective families, including working with parents to improve their parenting skills.

By engaging in the process of therapy, I have found that people are able to discover the courage and desire to change so they can seek a better, more complete way of being themselves, alone and in relationships. I approach each client as a unique individual and work to create a respectful and safe atmosphere where clients feel truly heard.
