Woodhaven Nursing Home

Since 1960 Woodhaven has specialized in caring for those that have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia, and thats why we are known as the Valley Leader in Alzheimer's Care. We provide the highest level of care that is needed to care for those with the disease.

This facility is out in the middle of nowhere and is very rundown. It doesn't seem like they have done anything to the place since the 60's. There is nothing close by.
