I have visited many care centers and this is one of the best I have seen. I have observed the professional and compassionate way that nursing staff attend to the needs of the residents. As a visitor, I have always been greeted in a friendly manner and made to feel welcome. In talking with the staff, I have been aware that they are very tuned in to respecting the wishes and dignity of the residents. The environment is pleasant, clean, and well-maintained. If I had a family member who required nursing home care, I would not hesitate to choose Wisner Manor. Communities that have their own non-profit care centers, in contrast to care centers run by large corporations, are very fortunate.

I visited a couple of times and toured Wisner Manor. I liked what I saw. They can be proud of their facility. It appeared to be very well managed.
The people seemed to be feeling safe and comfortable. Some were having fun in activities. Some were enjoying quality personal time.
