They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
