Recent Reviews
The care of my mother for the short time she lived at Good Sam was very good, as far as I could tell. She seemed to feel as content and comfortable as possible in her conditions. However, when she was returned to Good Sam as a Hospice patient following what turned out to be a life-ending fall and injury, her care was not up to the standards that I believe it had been previous to that. I don't feel I ever got a clear explanation of that and therefore would be hesitant to recommend the facility to anyone who was not entirely able to communicate any personal complaints or discomforts on their own, unless a family member was able to be on hand constantly to see how things were being done.
