They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have been taking care of my parents for six years and I have witness other nursing homes from Colchester to Mystic and beyond and Village Manor is the best. I work in health care, I am a registered dietitian and diabetes educator many of my clients come from nursing home but the care these professional give is outstanding. It is truly amazing - my mother is there and they know exactly what she ate when I walk in. Everyone knows my mother what she does, what she ate, how she is doing. I am so grateful to everyone that works there to know my mom is in the best place ever. We are trying to get her home and they really care. Please get in touch with me if you need to and you have the difficult time of thinking where the best place should be for your loved one. This place is the best. Yes it does not have the shinest appearance but the care is beyond words. Thank you to everyone that works there-you truly are the best!! God Bless.
