When I told them about my Great Grandma's situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. One thing that's been so annoying about Valley Eldercare Center, is that they don't do a very good job of letting the Power of Attorney know what's going on. I was not very notified of appointments. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
