The only good thing about this place is Nick! If it wasn't for him I'm not sure if my father would have recovered as he did. He went above and beyond his nursing skills and is the most wonderful person. the rest of the nurses are questionable. I would only take my father back there if Nick was there to take care of him solely. He did everything he could, and my father just loved him, as did I. Also, the center itself is NOTHING like the pictures they show on their website. Go visit it before leaving your loved ones here! Overall, a horrible experience, however Nick needs a raise!

Our family has been consistently harassed by telephone calls by a member of the staff who barely speaks English. She always seems confused and has yet to give us any information that is correct. It is clear that she has never read the file and has given us "legal" advice that is incorrect. She has even gone so far as to attempt to contact a family member that the file clearly states is deceased. She has caused nothing but pain and grief to our family and to the family member that is currently "incarcerated" in this facility. I am currently working to get my family member moved to a different facility. The nurses that have been caring for him are ignoring him and only do things for him when a family member visits or calls to complain. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
