My mother was here for one month in a frail condition. She c omplained that they were being 'rough' with her when i was not there. She had friends and myself with her daily from about 7AM to 10PM daily to help protect her. She passed away with broken bones. They refused to allow her to use a hoyer lift when she could no longer assist in transferring- and they would manhandle her and Jerk her into bed turning her 180 degrees with tears streaming down her face. Even while i was trying to stop them from transferring her like this.

We will be submitting a formal complaint to anybody who will listen to us. My cousin, Charles A. Robinson was in The Gardens on University in Spokane for a short time. His wife kept saying does he have pneumonia ver 2 days time and they said no. Then they took him a day later by ambulance to the hospital and he had far advanced pneumonia and was septic and was in ICU for several days and was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks and transferred to Hospice where he passed away. The services were yesterday. His life was shortened by several months because of their negligent care and robbed him of quality time with family. This place needs to be closed!!!!!!! I had another relative there and should have submitted a complaint but I didn't that was several yrs. ago. This place has a terrible reputation.

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
