it was one of the most caring Healthcare facilities i've ever had the privilege to be part of.
I will forever hold dear the relationships i made with the kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, and most of all Nursing staff!
if my Grandma were sick and we had to take her to a facility, it would undoubtedly be Artuhur Home!
they are ideal healthcare.
i have worked in dozens of facilities! I've been a CNA for 21 years.
i regret my move to southeastern Illinois, causing me to lose my position with the most outstanding Nursing staff i have ever known.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
