Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
