They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I'll definitely be going back because I have a relative that is going to be there. I didn't have a bad experience but it wasn't very good. I did not really have a good feeling about the place. It seemed Ok but very quiet. No smells that seemed bad. People there were not very friendly. I heard a number of personnel complaining about things; some seemed to have attitudes somewhat concerned about things overall.
