Southgate is the worst nuirsing home in the Metro/Paducah area. There is a plethora of drugs that are both used & sold in the facility. The CNA's are lazy and useless, they consistently leave residents isolated in their rooms and ignore them if they need care or attention. This facility is nothing but a cash cow for the owner, Mr. Sam Thompson.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home.
