First, I would like to say they act like they care but they are so phony. When I left to go to the store and came back my mom's roommate said that they yelled at my mom because she didn't want to go to the dining room to eat. She told them she didn't feel good and wanted to eat in her room so they refused to give her the food. That is elder abuse. The city needs to keep a better eye out on how these so called nice to your face but phony when you leave staff treat people. It's sad that they have no competition in that town. They would go out of business if they did. If I could give -1000 stars I would.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
