Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. My mother was 'shipped' off to this place from the Rehab Centre of Beverly Hills. They used to be owned by the same group but separated. HOWEVER, as was told to us when the Beverly Hills place no longer wanted my mom because we complained about the service and lack of cleanliness Sharon Center would do them a favor and take my mother., The food was unrecognizable, the generics had generics, they never washed their hands, they served baloney sandwiches with mayo for dinner and the place smelled from illness and poop. Awful. Unfortunately, my mother contracted a UTI from this place and died.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
