They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
