I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
