As far as a phone system, they have much to do in this area. Especially when my mother is charged so much out of pocket. Come on its 2014!

My Mom is at this facility, and I visit there two to three times per week. I have NEVER heard a cross or impatient word from any of the nurses. They are so kind and loving to all the residents, offering hugs and help. A truly wonderful place for your loved one if you can't care for them yourself.
