I've never heard the most descriminatory statement for employment ever... The Director of Nursing Gigi Constantino, RN DON directly said to the Director of Staff Development Vivian LVN DSD, "Pero di sya tumatanggap ng Filipino (But he does not hire Filipinos)"... Saying this while I'm infront of them and they just giggled... I felt descriminated that I wanted to go back and take my application back... The worst part is that they're both Filipino and majority of the nurses and staff aswell... Not to mention they're playing tagalog music in the whole facility... I gave a "dafuk" look and I'm sure the Staff Developer saw my face being suprised and when they asked me questions I answered them in tagalog for them to know that I understood what the DON said initially then eventually said they'll give me a call... I was like okay then turned my back not being polite... *I WOULD HAVE NOT PUT ANY RATINGS HERE BUT THE WEBSITE IS NOT LETTING ME SAVE IT SO I'LL PUT ONE STAR BUT EVEN A STAR IS NOT WORTH IN THIS KIND OF STATEMENT NOR EMPLOYMENT...
