my sister is in this facility and the staff is very rude. it takes them 4 to 5 hours to answer a call lite, they are rude to the families and the administrator seems to be stuck in the 195os. its very poorly run and the staff doesnt care about the families of the residents. and dont call the nurses station you will be placed on hold for hours and they never answer on the second shift.
