Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.
