Karrie was very helpful and informative. The center is old and outdated but they keep it clean and have a 5 star rating on the Medicaid website. They have not had any fines or penalties in three years.

Used to work at Romeo: Decent care, not the best by far though. Facilities are very outdated and dirty. Often ran out of supplies such as towels, wipes, soap, etc. I have worked in a few other facilities and health care settings, and I would not place a loved one in this facility.
