I went to visit my aunt on October 31, 2015 and found her restroom
filthy, toilet dirty with feces like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, smelled like urine, and the sink wasn't clean. Being unsanitary can cause to infections or other medical issues. My mother & sister went again this week to visit & the restroom was still dirty. This needs immediate attention & inspection to cleanliness overall to all the residents living there. Your assistance with this complainec59.flores@yahoo.comt requires action & understanding how important cleanliness is urgent.
