My mom is in for rehab of which she receives through out the day.
One day I didn't check with the PT department when I took her
to home to do a few things. This took at least 3 hours from start to
finish, when we arrived back I got scolded from PT department staff,
who basically threatened me with taking her out because she missed
a PT treatment. Saying that the next day she will receive less hours of
PT because she missed an hour and with less time in they will put a
black mark next to her name and if it happens again she may get discharged. I think that it could be recognized that she needs to get out
to give her reason to work hard and to act a normal. This place needs to give a PT schedule to the family and work with family for occasional outings. PS the PT person has way to much power.

I made a (long distance) phone call to my mother. The Staff person I talked to wouldn't take a message because "that's down the hall, and I'm at the front of the building." How difficult is it to take a message that your daughter says hello, and walk it to the person having to stay in your care??????? It's not.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Not one bit

No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
