My father was admitted for rehabilitation following surgery. He is in far worse shape now than when he was admitted. They can't get meal orders straight much less patient care. They can't even get the treating physician right. When he was admitted we informed them of a change we wanted to make in who his treating physician was. Two weeks later we saw some paperwork showing that it had not been changed. It was brought to their attention and they said it would be corrected. Just found out the change still had not been made.
