It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
