They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return when I come to visit my mother again. Since I live several states away I was concerned with the facility she was living in but Regency Place is very nice and I am very confident she is receiving the care she needs.

They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They didn't tell me very much about my mother's treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The air conditioner wasn't working properly & it was hot & humid.
