Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
