They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There is very much resident abuse that occurs here. The staff doesnt listen well to the residents and there are some residents who are too afraid to say anything because they are being hit by the aides.
