Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable.
