This place was sketchy from the get go. My mom was admitted for rehab. She's a diabetic and was a fall risk. When she arrived, the doctor (who I'd not recommend) did order a half rail for her (super smal) bed. She was in a room with no bed rail for 4 days and couldnt get off her back because there was nothing to hold on to! She could not get into the bathroom if she wanted to because the Hazardous Waste" bin was blocking the sink and toilet! She was given fried potatoes and some other fried food (Note: it was all in writing on her records that she was on a special diet). We left for a night and came back the next day to find her so doped up she could hardly speak. She (a fall risk) was left alone in the room in a wheelchair. With the exception of Cindy (the LPN) I have nothing good to say about this place. The doctor is pretty much a no show and runs too many other facilitites, oh, and his golf course. There is rusty doors and enough dirt for the local services to have a hay day! If you value your parents care (or your own) avoid this place like the plague! I took lots of pictures and even my friends were appalled.
