They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
