I have to disagree with Concerned's review Pine Crest Care Center is a clean loving home like environment. Resident get quality care from friendly staff. Quality care is always a priority to Pine Crest.

This facility is not one that I would recommend for a loved one. Aide to patient ratio is lacking. Not a place I would recommend! Staffing issues continue to be more and more of an issue with new mangement eliminating positions (LPN, Aide, Dietary, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management) at an alarming rate. Since December, this 50 bed facility has terminated 13 positions that are necessary for adequate care. These positions are not immediately filled leaving it to the already short staffed employees to work hours that are outside of normal or safe operating standards. Current employee are not able to provide adequate care due to these circumstances as well as being intimidated of current job status on a daily basis. Cocerned gives a big 5 thumbs down!
