I don't know what the other reviewers saw but I thought the facility was in great shape. My Mother is in residence there and the staff is filled with caring, cooperative people. I am grateful my mother is there.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
