I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me.
