I was just there visiting a relative and I noticed a man sitting in a wheel chair he tried to get up 3 or 4 times and the man kept telling him to sit down, everytime this man tried to get up his pants were falling down, it was so heartbreaking to see.Staff that work there are very rude to the patients, get annoyed if you push the button for assistance, not sure if they are under staff or if they just don't like their job. it is very depressing there. they should have some activities for the patient to do such as play bingo, play some music, have someone come in maybe do some painting. or read a short book.
do you allow volunteers to come in to help????

I have only been a visitor but, having visited many times to many facilities to visit family members and friends, I am keenly aware of the differences among health care facilities. I can sum up my 5 star rating by saying that I felt guilty for a long time that I had not tried to get a place at this facility for my dear mother. Everyone deserves a friendly, caring staff and surroundings that are clean and pleasing to the eye.
